LATE POLICY

• If you are running late, please contact me as soon as possible.

• Appointment will be held for 15 minutes before having to reschedule.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• If you need to cancel an appointment please contact me at least 24 hours in advance.

• Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment and no shows will be charged 50% of the service cost.

• After 3 no shows, appointment requests will not be accepted.

REFUND POLICY

• All services are non-refundable.

DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT

• Please arrive on time in comfortable clothes (appointments can be long)

• Come with clean skin and clean eye area ( no eyeliner, mascara, or eyeshadow)

AFTERCARE

• Please keep lashes dry for 24 hours after your service.

• Avoid all oil based products around your eyes.

• Wash lashes at least once a day with an approved lash cleanser.

• Do not pick or pull extensions.

• Do not curl extensions.

• Avoid close contact with high heat (smoking, ovens, open flames) as heat will singe the lashes.
